Fiduciaries and their advisors are faced with numerous tax elections in estate and trust administration. We always hear about elections such as the marital deduction, alternate valuation and 6166. Those are all too common for this program. Here we will discuss 645 elections and the even more obscure! Join us on a journey through the depts of the Internal Revenue Code and the myriad of options available to fiduciaries.
